I can’t say much about the value because I really did not deal with the purchase itself but they were professional good quality on the work and responsive.One of the employees took the personal time give me the personal phone number and actually contact me to see if I was OK with the transaction that was made thank you. I would do business with them anytime

I retired and moved to Clark's Hollow Condominium in Niantic CT. a little over 2 years ago. Lori Moore and Northeast Properties are our management company. I just recently joined the board. Lori has been extremely responsive to every request we make. You could not ask for a better person to work with. She attends all our meeting, coordinates contractors follows up on work done and our satisfaction with the that work. During the COVID Quarantine period she has organized and set in place "Go To Meetings" so we could work throughout the pandemic without a hiccup. I highly recommend Lori and Northeast and think it would be difficult to find someone better, more cheerful or responsive to all our needs.
